Welcome Gary! I doubt your hair is clogging the drain. I'm guessing that you have a long hair companion that is the culprit. You can take the stopper out (should be able to unscrew the lever under the sink with your hand) and use a drain snake (10 bucks or less at Lowes or Home Depot) Don't run any water until you put it back together! That should take care of your blockage for good. Draino is just a caustic band-aid.
