Hi, figured id take the time to introduce myself. The name is Gary. Im 20 soon to be 21 and ive been slowly losing my hair for a few years. Once i noticed this i began shaving (loving every bit of it). As for my screenname as i know someone will ask back in my junior year of highschool i had a pretty sweet afro goin. Since im here to expand my knowledge of everything about shaving, i must ask what do you do to prevent backups in your sink? ive searched through the rest of the forums, but havent exactly found what i was looking for. Its a pleasure to meet all of you, and i thank you for all your advice and knowledge to come.

Hey Gary, Welcome to the forum!
I'll let a plumber come along and tackle the other part of your question.

Welcome Gary!
I shave daily at the sink and can't even imagine how the tiny hair snippets could block the drain (or did I misunderstand you?)

Welcome to the forum. Glad you could join us! Your sink problem may respond to regular applications of DrainO or something similar. If not, as omegapd stated above, call the plumber.

thanks for all the welcomes, and ill try to shave more regularly. i try to shave every morning before work, but sometimes more sleep seems better than getting up early to shave. sometimes ill let it go for up to 3 or 4 days.

The easiest way to prevent backups in your sink is to shave in the shower!!
