Just wanted to check in since it's been a little bit.

I am still walking every day as the weather allows....generally getting about 50-60 minutes of moderately brisk walking. I'm still watching what I need, and I'm slowly progressing. Fudged a bit over Memorial Day, but I'm back on track again. :)

Tom....here is the site that was the most helpful to me regarding carb control. If you follow the plating guidelines you don't have to be that careful about carb OR calorie counting. :)

I have type 2 diabetes, but the meal plan is healthy for anyone and it uses real food....that's always helpful to me. I can't stick it out on the prepared stuff. My budget and my taster just won't take it.
