Ricecub.. I was the same One product That I will advise to use is Nizoral.. was only by prescription in the past Now we can find them on the counter... if you find that let me know.. I will send you a bottle it's like 10.00 for a small bottle but it goes a long way.. 2 application per week for the first few week or 2... then once a week.. and then no more

one treatment for psoriasis is UV rays.

So I suppose natural UV from the sun will do the same as sitting in a dermatologist office with a blue lamp.
