My word man!  I have been following this thread for a while and hoping to get a peek at  this hideous head you have been describing.   Like bootedbear I thought I had the wrong link to your pics.  You are are a good looking man with or without hair.  You just need a couple of things and you are good to go. First get some sun.  Second, every time you make a comment about how hideous you look, someone should give you a cuff  aside of the head till that wrong thinking is deleted from your brain and replaced with "Hey I'm a great lookiing Sly guy and I like it."  You know it's true. Now just accept it.

You rock the sly look.   Like the others have said - you look great with a shaved head.   Pick up some jergens natural glow or some sun.   As for the dent -- I would bet that 95% of us have something along the same lines as you.    The most important thing is to understand that you actually look great with a shaved head -- change your outlook and change your life.   If I were in your shoes I'd be out with my head up high and taking control of my life.   Believe me - there are a lot of women who love the sly look and go gaga over the look and feel.  BUT you have to change your attitude to one of "I'm rock the sly look" first.

Okay, now w/ a good picture of you, the problem is solved.  Get to the ophthalmologist , your prescription is in serious need of revision.  There is no way you could say you "can't pull it off" if your eyesight were corrected to normal, absolutely no way.  I'm not joking!

Oh, and BTW, that's a nice goat you've got started--makes the look really nice.

You are obviously going threw a tough time and I'm buy no means any expert nor have I really experienced the shock you are going through with the drastic change, I have a feeling you'll come around and realize that what you are going through is the inevitable and that you can gain alot out of it, Hair is Hair....period and that's all and this experience is what you make it, dwell and on it or overcome it and gain some friends here and help someone else out that could go what you are going threw in the near future.

Dude... I think you have a great looking head. Especially with the glasses/facial hair combination... It's a good look for you.

If you (and your doctor) can't figure out how to fix that scab, and it's really bothering you, you could probably figure out some way to cover it up. Think of the elaborate things they do with makeup in hollywood. It probably wouldn't be that hard to do. But really, it's not that big of a deal (who inspects the top of your head?).

Ok first off your a good looking guy with or without hair, you seem really down on yourself because of your scalp and hairline. I would love a hairline like yours, mine is coming out in little patches on the front so if I have hair it looks weird. Yeah the cyst is gross, but go see a dermatologist and s/he'll recommend you something to help. In the mean time put some neosporine(spelling) on the cyst and then put a bandaid on it (or put two on and make and 'X').

As for the marks, put some acne stuff on your scalp, here I tell you what I bought some maximum strength acne medication (that's the name) from Target and its their brand. It's cheap and it works, trust me I use it on my scalp and forehead if I get acne, or have marks. I think its a bright green and white box, the tube is only 1 ounce so you might want to get two lol

Secondly I'm pretty sure your girlfriend didn't leave you because of your hairline receding, She was moving to London and I've heard of people splitting because they don't want to even attempt a long distance relationship. I mean you worry about the other person cheating, and you don't know their friends so you can't just ask. You have to always make room on certain nights to call them. And lastly you are not physically there both for the naughty (take a guess) or the nice (being a shoulder to cry on, being there to stick up for your significant other, being there so the other person can vent).

I don't know why she would block you on Facebook, maybe she was already seeing someone else. I know there are a lot of psycho boyfriends that start verbally abusing their ex when they find out they cheated. Yes she looks good, but dude you could get someone just as good if not better.

Now for your scalp, I have the same problem and I am not British I am just lazy and never leave the house. We are not the only ones though, a lot of the people on here that are bald by choice have pale looking scalp. I haven't tried it yet, but there are a bunch of people on here that recommend Jergen's Natural Glow moisturizer. I've seen little travel size bottles at Bartell Drugs, Walgreens, and Target (I don't know what stores you have in your are though. Bartells and Walgreens are pharmacy stores, and I'm guessing you'll know what Target is)

you look normal, I have a light red birthmark on the back of my head not such a big deal. that hole is ontop of yourhead and no one can see it, if you're really uncomfortable about it talk to some plastic surgeons. as far as your ex, don't email her, call, etc let her go there's lots of better women out there that aren't so shallow. just keep it bald so it tans
