I have an identical twin brother and we both have the same hair pattern: MPB, very sparse on top, and mostly white, as we are in our 50s. I am clipper shaved; he is still wearing his hair long and curly over the ears and flipped up at the nape, but very neat. His top is long thin strands that he combs back from the front sometimes. I never even considered discussing my hairstyle choice with him, and never did when my hair was longer, either. He has never asked me about my hairstyle or commented on it in any way. He is a serial beard grower, on in the winter and off in the warmer weather. I know some family members think that the beard makes him look older.
