Is there an electric shaver that....

Hey guyz, just a quick question. I'm sort new to this, have tried before but gave up cuz lack of knowledge I gues. I just started going sly. My question is Is there an electric shaver that gets to the skin for your head ? Ive bought a couple different ones. The first just couldnt get the resaults I wanted ( a smoothe dome) Then I bought the head blade, it works but if I cant find the triple blade cartiges I find the double blade seems to make nicks on my head. I just bought a Phillips NorelcoNivea for men HS8420
http://www.philips-store.com/servlet/ControllerServlet?Action=DisplayProductDetailsPage&Locale=en_US&SiteID=rpeusb2c&productID=158311400
When I first used it . It got pretty close, down to skin at certain points on my head, but not in others. Im nervous to use my head blade again.

Yes, as a matter of fact there is!
The Panasonic Linear (ES8243) wet or dry electric shaver will get you as close to a baby butt smooth shave as you can get with an electric. Here's the caveat, you must use it wet, preferably in the shower. I've been using the method for about two years and get very close shaves.
It's still not without a certain learning curve.

There's the panasonic conair---but the results aren't as smooth as I would like---and the results don't last as long as a blade. but if you don't mind that it seems to be a good solution.

Never used an electric myself....but after 3 years of various comments around here, the consensus seems to be that ya can't get quite the close and smooth result as you can with latherin' up and using a hand blade of sorts.
I still stand firmly by the FUSION!!!

Popeye, I agree with what the other guys said about a regular razor giving you the closest shave. I however ordered the Conair Clean Head. It is supposed to be the first electric device made just for head shaving. I have heard mixed reviews on it some guys say that is adequately close enough but other guys have said that you get stubble to quick and its not as good as a regular razor shave. I am hoping it will be good I will let you know when I try it how good it is. Meanwhile do a forum search with the phrase "Conair Clean Head" to read what other guys thought of this product. All the best

I was not sure Popeye from your last comment if you want shine or not. For me when I do want shine I use Headblade Headlube Glossy. But be warned with this product that from my experience it does leave a greasy feel on you. If I do not want shine which is most of the time I use Bald Guyz Moisture gel. I find that it is refershing especially right after a shave, and it gets absorbed quickly into the scalp and is not greasy.

I also find the Head Lube Glossy a bit greasy. I got a bottle that was discontinued at a Walgreens near me for $1.99 and it will sit under my sink for emergencies only. I love Bald Guyz clear gel though. No greasy after effects.
