not to start a religious discussion, but if any of you guys giving up anything for lent? not sure what i wanna do yet. guess i will figure it out by easter! lol

You don't have to give something up... you can choose to do something that will benefit someone else such as volunteering for a charity, etc. Just a thought.

That is becoming the more prevalent practice, not denial but additional commitment. But after the parties, parades and Super Bowl madness here, I really need to get back on track. Lent almost looks like a holiday of sorts. But, when all is said and done, Friends Don't Let Friends Over Do Lent!
Hum, now that we've had oysters just about anyway they can be eaten, when are the first crawfish going to come in?
