I'm with PBurke ....   Bring on January.     I think we had this discussion last year, and I was every bit the scrooge then too.

Well, while you're all (y'all?) are speeding off to turkey day, Veteran's Day is next week, and some places are having parades THIS Saturday!  This is another opportunity to recognize those who have served, and those serving to keep our freedom so we can have another day to be thankful.  O0

I will be spending Thanksgiving with my lady's family near Harrisburg, PA this year and meeting up with MikeKoz for a beer or 3. O0

FR8...  I might be coming over to the Detroit area just after New Years for the Bears beatdown of the Lions on January 3rd...

My holiday plans are pretty much set... Thanksgiving here with friends.  Christmas at the farm in Michigan with the parents...

He can come, but chances are I won't be here.  LOL

I'll be somewhere else for sure.  Not sure where or when yet.  I kind of share PBurke's ideas of the holidays.

I have to check with my social coordinator (aka wife)  to find out what the exact order we'll be hanging out with both sides of the family.

These holidays are going to be bitter sweet as it will probably be the last holidays that I get to spend with my remaining grandparents

Spend every moment you can with those Grandparents Tyler. I lost my lasat Grandparent about 22 years ago and still miss her dearly. These Seniors are true treasures in our lives and when they are gone, what they take with them will NEVER be replaced.
