I don't have one specific coffee that I buy -- I like to rotate around lots of different varietals. But I always buy whole bean and grind it myself just before brewing -- with a French Press, of course.

You're a real afficiando of the bean, interesting article on the French Press at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_pressThe "travel" model sounds interesting. A guy could buy as many coffee devices as shaving equipment, if he's not careful

None. I figured if I made it through college without drinking coffee I could make it through life.
And when your daughter starts dating ... and you need to stay up to insure she gets back home

Very basic coffee drinker here. Maxwell House with a bit of sugar free French Vanilla creamer and the world will turn

I use Eight O'Clock Whole Bean for daily drinking... with just a touch of sugar and 1/2 and 1/2. Been drinking it for years and use a Grind and Brew coffee maker. Also, CR rated Eight O'Clock as their top rated retail coffee (whole bean, normal availability - not the imported stuff)
My other favorites are Kona (nothing against blends, but 100% will blow your socks off). I pick it up when I'm in Hawaii or order it online...
Cafe Du Mode comes in a close second... nothing like a nice piping hot Cafe Au Lait and a plate full of Beneigts!! Best hangover cure in the world and is much needed when visiting the Big Easy!
I've only had Jamaican Blue Mountain once, but WOW!!

Community Coffee is another Louisiana company with a great product. Unfortunately their venture into coffee houses was not successful. Most coffee beans, wherever they're from are imported as green beans through the Port of New Orleans for all US brands.

Looks like everyone here likes fancy smancy coffee here........Us ordinary working grunts like a quick stop at the convience store on the way too work.....The brand they sell is the brand i drink ..I dont even look too see what it is ...Fill up a cup and go.....
I use too like Dunkin Donuts. but for some reason they packed up and left Minnesota along with the 7-11 stores too...................
Yep - No donuts or slurpees for me......................

Ohhh boy! I absolutely LOVE coffee

The house brew around here is Maxwell House (dark roast- I like my coffee strong!), but we also buy some of the more exotic whole bean coffee's for "treats." My wife came back from Seattle with a couple of interesting bags - one called "Dead Man's Reach" and the other, I kid you not, was "Three Peckered Billy Goat."

I'll drink hot coffee, and I may be one of the few left who likes iced coffee. I'll add some milk, sugar, and ice - and drink it cold, too. I just plain love coffee

Like Andrew, I too home roast my own coffee. I cannot stomach commercial coffee since I started to roast my own. I roasted a weeks worth of coffee this afternoon. It is
