Convinced a coworker to go smooth

Since I started my new job I have loved it very much. There is another guy that shaves daily here and one that buzzed his hair down. Emilio works in the pet room with me and buzzes his hair but said he wanted to go smooth so bad. I asked him why he didnt and he said his girlfriend wouldnt like it and he would look different. Well like I told him, its like 1/32 of an inch difference and smooth is way better that stubble. So yesterday I showed him all the headblade stuff and he said he was going to do it even if his GF didnt like it. I kinda didnt beleive him at first but he came in today (his day off) just to show that he did go smooth and he loves it. He said his girlfriend was nervous but when she felt it she loves it more. So we talked about it for a few minutes and his girlfriend came in and thanked me for convincing him to go smooth. So we now have another smooth brother around.

...if you're going to be "bald"...why not go for it slick..I actually have a haircut..not a buzz..I can still be pro bald...don't have to be it...to think it's cool!

Yes, and to me smooth bald is much more clean and proffesional looking, buzzed just looks lazy to me. Our female coworker in the pet room got all excited, now she has two bald heads to rub. When I ran into her tonight at the store she was all "Darn you! I cant keep my hands off of your head!".

 Oh and now we can be the blue man group at the halloween party!
