So what's the weather where you are? Too wet, too hot, let me know!

It was 103 on Saturday. Cooled off the last few days. We will take some of that rain that you seem to have.

Record heat here in NO, but at least it's backed off of the 100's to the mid 90's. The killer is leaving the house in the morning before sunrise into the "crisp" 84 degree weather, 92% humidity. Finally we're developing some afternoon and early evening thunderstorms that can break the heat if they're late enough, otherwise they just add a huge dose of additional humidity to the mid-90's at 100% humidity--and it's really not nice.

It's just turning July and we have August and September to go--that's when the storms stir up and make us nervous.

Rainy in Maine? Well, it's a drought here in TX. We've had 14 days of 100+ and it hasn't rained since a month ago. I woke up to rain this morning and it's cooled down a bit.

In our area of Pa. we have had a late arriving Summer. We haven't run the AC even once yet.
Nice cool nights for sleeping have been the norm this tear...... usually it's hot as Hell at night........

It's been unseasonably cool our here in NorCal, but the past week has been slightly above normal (around 100).

We've been in the 100s and high 90s the last couple of days, which is hotter than normal. Though it looks like it will be back in the 80s for the next couple of days.

They're showing a cool down next week, only the upper 80's and it may drop into the upper 70's at night. Wow, get out the sweaters. It better be nice in the northeast next weekend, I'm going up there for a conference and a golf game--I don't play so it's going to be a lot of fanning the ball. Oh well, I know I can handle the 19th hole very well, and that's all that counts in the end. It takes balls to play golf.

well some places had fireworks scheduled for last night but they all got cancelled. Thunderstorms provided the noise instead! Now it is the 4th and thankfully it is gorgeous, upper 70s, low humidity, slight breeze. Ahhhhhhhh
