My gym opens at 5a, and there's always a line of people! One guy arrives having done his run--3m! It's a great way to start the day once you get over the shock of seeing the world before dawn.
I just started running again. I am trying to get to the point I can run 3 miles no problem like when I was in the military. I ran a mile and a half and was pretty winded, so I think I've got a while before I hit that 3 mile mark again.I like running before work (0530! It's great to run in the morning.. weather is cool enough and no one can see you gasping for air and sweating like a stuck pig!).BReady
I go to the gym late at night.. work shift and sometimes pass the gym at 05:30AM on my way home after night shift .. the treadmills along the windows are always full with keen people working out.. I am only thinking about home and sleep.. ! Perhaps in summer, nae to winter.

There are morning people and evening people--I'm totally morning. As Sooner says, a morning workout sets you up for the day. But, if your clock doesn't tick until after high noon, do what you have to do. While the evening people are working out, sweating in the heat, fighting the crowds, the morning people may decide to have a cool one, poolside. It's one of the benefits--and IMO better than coffee by the pool in the morning, and I can do that after showering and shaving anyway!
I have a gym at home and we have one at work. I workout in the morning and evening.I like working out in the morning better. As far as protein powder,I think Whey is the best thing out.

Pretty good stuff. Do you know of any side effects?
