SPRING cleaning, spring chores...
« on: April 05, 2008, 04:42:23 AM »
hello fellow chrome domes:  well, spring is definitely here!  have U guys/gals done any spring cleaning?  or any spring chores such as mowing the lawn, watering the lawn, or working on that garden?  i'll start:  well, i started mowing the lawn and putting "bonus S" on my lawn 2 weeks ago.  spring cleaning??  we haven't started that yet.

so... how 'bout U?  have U started on some spring cleaning?  or any other spring chores such as landscaping?  what's your story?

Got the fertilizer/crab grass killer on the lawn two days ago.  Going to hit 64 here today and tomorrow so it will be clean up the gardens time and get the garage cleaned and swept out.  After that to hell with the chores, getting out on the bike >:D

Spring has begun, but it rains and rains and rains....

I'd like to clean the tracks of my G-Scale model-railway in the garden, but it's impossible.

Correct weather for the income-tax papers  :(

Since I'm living with my grandmother everything is pretty much in storage downstairs in the basement/garage.  As far as cleaning I've lucked out on that also by living here.  My cousin uses part of my grandmother's backyard which is enclosed with a gate and has several sheds and my grandfather's old workshop in it.  My cousin uses it for his lawn business.  The deal is she let's him use it for free if he keeps her yard up.  Besides the privacy issue I'm going to miss leaving here once we finally do.   ;)

Gonna break out the lawn mower, clean the garage, and clean the cars today.  I'll be lucky to get it all  done.  The weather is supposed to be nice, so my mind may start wandering to "other" things......
