Hey Robmeister, If you put the weight back on (God forbid), do you have to regrow your hair? Might be an incentive to stay on the diet .
No. I'm keeping it buzzed pretty stinkin' short. And it's DEFINITELY an insentive. The holidays are not the best time to watch what yer eating.
Don't know where I heard/read it but it's a solid maxim: "It's not how diligent you are between Thanksgiving and New Years.....It's how diligent you are between New Years and Thanksgiving."

Are you back on track? If you are like me and not back to work yet, you should have time, although you have been shoveling a hell of a lot more snow than me. I finally got my snowblower out for the first time on New Years Day.

Did get a lot of snow shoveling in....but I do want to get one of them blowers....I'm the only one on the block without one, damnit.
Just started back on the track this week....luckily through the holidays I didn't gain...so I'm still 13 lbs away from shavin' the noggin.
By the way, I like the shiny look you got there in your pic....how'd ya get that?....what'd ya use?
