Do you know why your coworkers seem not to like it? It is because it makes you look much more confident and professional than they do and that it a bit of a threat to them! They know who presents himself better than they do and they know that you are likely to draw the attention of your supervisors when promotion time comes around!
Don't procrastinate any longer. Do not wait until July.

I always found it helped to set goals - first the 30 day rule, and when I got past that I decided to see if I could go for 90 days, and so on. By the time I'd been bald for six months, everyone was used to it and the negative feedback had stopped. You wouldn't be here asking if you didn't want to do it. Do what makes you happy -- do your family, friends and co-workers ask for your input about their hairstyles? Probably not.

Thanks for your support. I feel happy when I shave my head, but the bad thing are the reactions of my parents and some coworkers. I usually have a preppy look, and the headshave is a bit shocking for they.
Anyway, I'm thinking about it all day (like other times) and I know I will shave finally ... maybe in July or August, during holidays.
PD: a pic and another video, of my last headshave, a year ago.
That is such a great pic of you, the attitude and confidence is amazing.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do, keep us updated.

Another pic with long hair. As you can see, lower density of hair in the area near to forehead.

The honest truth? IMHO in that pic you look like Peewee Herman! PLEASE, break out the razor and get rid of the scraps?

OK, I agree with BBA, you look much better in your profile photo than that last photo with hair and the suit. And the sly looks better than the Mohawk photo you posted on another thread.

The bald head suits you, much better than with hair. Take out the razor and shave your head. Your family will get used to your bald head (at least they will stop making comments about your bald head).

I really miss the feeling of rubbing my head like a cueball. I hope finally I will be brave enough.

Don't let other people stop you from doing what you want to do. Life's too short. It's just a haircut, after all. How many of your friends and relatives seek your input about their hairstyles?
Just do it. And before you do, commit to keeping it shaved for at least 30 days, no matter what. Once the people around you figure out that their comments aren't going to convince you to do what they want, the comments will stop. It's a little bit of a hassle in the short term but in the long run you'll be happier if you stop letting others call the shots over things like this that really don't affect anyone but you.
