How does it work?
Over time razor blades' micro-thin edges become bent and distorted, resulting in an uneven edge that greatly reduces the effectiveness of the blade. The blade will appear dull and with a distorted and bent-out-of-shape edge. Running your micro thin razor blades under very hot water will bend your razor blades even quicker! This causes cuts, razor burn, skin rashes and poor shaves, wasting your money as you have to replace your blade.
The magnetic field of Blade Master® straightens your razor blade edge with magnetic pressure and magnetically shields your razor blades from rusting and pitting between shaves. See the pictures from University of Nuremberg below. This also makes cleaning your razor blade easier! Your hair particles will not be trapped between the pitts and uneven bent out of shape blades!
How do I use Blade Master® ?
Simply rest your razor on the Blade Master® as demonstrated in the pictures to the left, and the patented magnetic field will ensure that the blade wears out slowly and evenly. Start with a new blade and rest it for several seconds on the craddle before shaving and then rest on the craddle when you're done until your next shave! You will be amazed by how smooth your shaves will be! You will also notice that the blades will be easier to clean, after all, they've worn evenly and are un-damaged! For extended shaving sessions (a beard, legs, etc) you will want to rest the blade on Blade Master® occasionally for several seconds.
What blades does it work with?
All popular razor blades like Fusion, Quattro, Mach 3, Lady Shavers, disposables, etc.
Will it work with newer extra wide and big razor blades like Lady Shavers?
Absolutely. Even if the blade does not rest directly on the magnetic the magnetic field will have its effect. For best results the blade should be placed as closely as possibly on or near the magnet, resting on top of it as demonstrated in the pictures.
Why is the product not available in stores?
The product is new to North America, patented in Germany, it is available by reputable stores like Amazon.de where it has received 5 star ratings.
Sounds too good to be true?
See the pictures from the University of Nuremberg! The product is patented in Germany and has been a great success. So great that a 90 day money back guarantee is offered!
Warning
The Blade Master ® magnetic field last many years and should be kept away from Credit Cards, Computer Equipment, Pace Makers, and any other equipment that can be damaged by a magnetic field.
90 Day Money Back Guarantee!
If you are not satisfied within 90 days, we will refund the product cost provided you send us the product in good condition in its original packaging. To date we have not had anyone ask for a refund!

I bought a years supply of razors on eBay for $70, but this could always help extend that. Just curious if it really works.

I've heard of some products that use some type of liquid like mineral oil to extend the life of blades which I first heard of from Medicineman and Medic I think. But this thing sounds like a gimmick with a capital G. In my opinion anyway. I mean I have used a blade for almost up to 2 weeks before and I have never seen it rusting. Plus it's talking about magnetic fields straighting the blades??? Is this a Sci-Fi flick or a shaving product? Sorry, I know I'm getting out of hand but I get full of myself sometimes.

Sounds like a scam to me. I've heard that soaking the blade in rubbing alcohol extends its life, but I've never tried it. But I'm skeptical about that, too because the blade is going to get duller with prolonged use. I don't see any way that can be avoided.

The Mythbusters BUSTED the pyramid thing. I have my doubts about the magnetic business also. Nor did I see much difference with putting the blades in mineral oil, other than the lube strip gets gunky and either comes off or you have to take it off.
