Just a quick update. I have been exercising 4 times a week. I have spoken to a consultant at 24 Hr Fitness and have a program charted out. I have lost 6 pounds the past two weeks. So things are going ok so far. I will update more soon!
Slowly building up the endurance level after a long period of body neglect. I finished this week with 21 miles running, two weight sessions and included a bit of swimming into the mix.

Finished up this week with 26 miles, three weight sessions and added just a bit to my swimming endurance. My modest goal next week is to run about the same, step up the weights in my lifting sessions and to continue improving my swim endurance.
