Hey bros!
Kind of fell off the earth for a while, but I'm back to hang out at SBG. When I first shaved the head, I was so bloated and and it really showed in my face.
That was July/August 2011. I was around 210lbs then and all fat. Nearly a year later, I'm a solid 180lbs (5'8") and look and feel 10x better. Went to a pretty clean diet. I eat under 2000 calories a day and will do so til I finish cutting at about 165lbs then I will bulk. So far put on around 10-12lbs of muscle, mostly in the arms and chest.
Went from a size 36 to a 32 and a XL to a M. I rock a 40" chest and a 34" waist. Still not where I want to be but 15% body fat is much better than 27%.
Here are some current pictures.

Yea. I use MY Fitness Pal to log calories and keep accountable through Reddit (r/loseit and r/fitness). My sister is a big fan of Spark People.

Congratulations !
Frankly, if you are sly loosing a few pounds in the face can make improve the appearance.
Been doing the same calorie counting thing too - sticking to an average of 2,000 calories per day. And the fitness comes from cycling to work every day - 11 mile round trip. Lost about 10 kilos (25 lbs in american money). Feel better for being thin(ner), too.
Keep up the good work. And great sly look for you, too.

Congrats ! Impressive results ! Keep up the good work. Once you reach your goal don't be too anxious to bulk up. Learn to maintain first then slowly increase calories, mainly protein, by about 300 per day over your maintenance amount. I assume you want to increase lean muscle mass ? And don't put on more than about 15 lbs. then. Even that will require some cutting afterwards 😄

Yea. Looking at a program called Lean Gains and will probably work from that. I'm in no rush though. I love how strong I am now. I'm filling out my arms and back nicely.

Looking good. You look like a guy that puts on muscle quite easily. Well done on the 2000 calories and eating clean, takes discipline.
