Hey fellas my name is mike and i am new member. I have been browsing around for a week or so.I had two hair transplant procedures done when i was 20 and 22 years old.I was freaking out at the time about losing my hair so young and fell for the scam.I really liked the way i looked for about 4 or 5 years after the surgery. However,as i continued to lose my hair i started to hate the way it looked.so for the last 5 or 6 years my confidence suffered.I avoided looking in mirrors other than the one right in front of my face.(where my hairline looked ok)A few weeks ago i started really looking at what was going on with my hair and i was devastated.I then went back to bosley(ht center) for consulatation and all i got was some bs about having more procedures ect. After surfing online i found this forum which really helped me get the info. i was needing.Anyway,I got the courage a few days ago to shave down to a level 2 with the clippers....My life has changed for the better!!I love it.I am going down to a 1 clipper today.I have some scarring from my ht procedure(in the back) so i dont wanna skin it until i find out the right way to do it.advice? But the recipiant area on the top looks great! This feeling is so liberating and my confidence is going through the roof!!

Hey Mike! Welcome!
I then went back to bosley(ht center) for consulatation and all i got was some bs about having more procedures ect.
Of course. They didn't really want to help you. They just wanted more of your money.
I'm glad to hear you've decided to do away with it all and that it has made you happy. Rock on!

thx guys.ya my hope is that folks considering the hair transplant procedure will look at the results for the long term and just shave.More importantly the guys that already fell for the scam of ht's know that there are alot of others out there going through the same thing. It certainly helped me out during a tough time.bosley has done over 200,000 procedures and thats just one company.Thats alot of young men that were brainwashed into thinking that this is a long term fix.Definatly not worth it!A clean head looks and feels way better!

OK,So its been over a year being sly.99% of my insecurities in regards to the ht scars are gone!Anyone considering HT surgery DONT DO IT!it comes with alot of baggage.Especially if you are under 30 years old(complete scam)Be a man and except the fact that you are bald or going bald. Its not a big deal.If you have already had the surgery and are not happy shave it off. Also no biggie.Best of luck!dont let little mistakes dictate the path of your life.Be happy!Life is to short.
