I took your survey, I can get 20% off right here and I don't need to buy today!
One thing that wasn't on the survey was if I as a consumer think that HeadBlades products are a good value... the answer is, no, they are over priced! Sorry, as much as I like the product, I am always looking for a cheaper alternative.

We name-dropped you, and they hooked us up!!
Ok, maybe not. We are working with an MBA class over there, and this is part of their research.

I appreciate the feedback Sgt. Pate. Can you be a little more specific? Are you talking about a per-ounce-price on our lotions/shave creams, or the HeadBlade Sport and replacement blades? Our per-blade price is less than most other manufacturers. I'll be sure to pass along your feedback to both our team internally, and the people compiling the survey results.
Also, there are definitely pricing questions in the survey. I'll follow up and find out if there's a mapping issue based on specific answers, that would skip the pricing/value questions for some reason.

While you can still get 20% off by going to
http://www.slybaldguys.com/headblade, please do take the survey! HeadBlade hooks us up with a lot of stuff, including the discount, so please take a couple of minutes to help them by taking the survey.

Well the first thing I look for for my HeadBlade is less expensive blades but for a guy making well under $40k a year $9.00 for a 8oz bottle of HeadSlick is just too darn much. I've been drooling over the S4 but for $99.00... it isn't going to happen. I know HeadBlade is a business and there to make money and I really wish I could afford to by nothing but HeadBlade products, I love 'em and have been turning others on to them for 3 years now... even on this site I rarely pass up a chance to say "just try them'!
But if it wasn't for the 20% from this site I'm afraid I wouldn't be buying from HeadBlade, except for the razor itself!
Hope that helps with your survey, don't mean to be knocking anyone but times are really tuff and they're not getting any better.

And YES, take the survey! It didn't hurt one bit!

Just took it. I only use headslick but it lasts a few months for me. $9 would definitely be too much for me too if it didn't last that long. I tried the headblade and it's just not for me. Didn't cut me or anything but I just prefer the handle razor. Good survey though, definitely worth the 15% off for 5 minutes

Done. My only feed back is that you should make a Sensor3 knock off cartridge. I didn't have a very good experience with your Atra style cartridge (or any Atra styles for what it's worth). And I'm with Pate on the price of the Headslick. That's probably the only reason I haven't made an effort to get any. Plus I have to go to a store that I don't frequent to purchase your products. I'm just not one to purchase everyday items online either.

Gotta disagree on value of Headslick, it lasts forever, $ 4 $ it's value. A teaspoon or less on a hot shaving brush--it's a lot of smooth shaving lather. My problem is that getting shelf space is obviously a problem and the Gillette/Shick trust really has muscled everyone else off the shelves but store brands.

Yeah, 4 bucks and I'm there. It is 8 dollars a bottle at Walgreens. And if I don't frequent that store, I can't catch it on sale.

I just did the survey to help. I'll use the 20% SBG discount in the future, maybe. I really like the Headslick. One bottle lasts for face and head for about 2 months. I don't go to Walgreens often, but the last time I saw the Slick on sale, I bought it. I figured I would boost Headblade's retail numbers, I'll need it anyway pretty soon, and I won't have to mailorder it. I wish Walgreens carried the Headlube. I think they may have the past, (before I stopped lurking and started shaving).
It would be interesting to see the results of this survey. Let us know when it is published. Thanks.

Did the survey.
One thing I'd like to see you guys do is make a holder for the headblade (like other razors come with)that facilitates drainage of any water via a few drain holes and a reservoir or something. It doesn't have to be fancy, just something to store it in, mostly. I don't want to sit the thing right on the medicine cabinet shelf and rust the blade. As it is now, I sit it inside a dixie cup, then put that on the shelf.

Took the Survey as well and I have to pretty much agree %100 with my brother in arms Sgt Pate, as much as I enjoy the headblade and it's innovative line I feel that a majority of the line is overpriced, I know that there are alot of headblade "fanboys" here as well as out away from SBG's but I'm not exactly one of them anymore....the blades are not worth the almost 10 bucks IMO.
I have a love hate relationship with HB, Love the directive/mission and will continue to use the headblade, even though the glue wears off after while and I have to replace it.....ever thought about fixing that

and please don't say get a sport model because the wheel came off after 8 months as well.
