Unfortunately I needed a stent for a minor artery (lower) that was 80% clogged. Cant tell you all how thrilled to death the hospital visit was. They keep it nice and cold and the Yankees lost that nite anyway. Oh well. Besides my 2x weekly visits to my trainer, walking and treadmill work, can anyone suggest another type of high-impact cardio workout?
Thanks for listening and thanks in advance, for your suggestions, as I usually respond on this site instead of asking.

Three additional days of reasonable speed walking--not hi impact, your joints aren't getting any younger, and the steel ones aren't so much fun either. The rule as I understand it is 4 days a week minimum, heart beat at like 75 % of the maximum reccomended for your weight--my % may be off. Walking really eats up calories--and the dog likes it too.
Has the doctor given you the OK to do hi-impact exercise? Sorry to hear about your problems; glad to see that you seem to be on the mend.
In that case, try spinning.
