Ok, tell the truth now! When you were younger did you ever wear your hair really long?? Below the shoulders? And then it started to go away!!

I had shoulder-length hair briefly in junior high (early 70's). Military standard for a while after that. Then about 30 years ago I buzzed it down to a zero-guard and wore that until 4 years ago when I went sly (except for a few months during the winter when I go back to zero-buzz).

Had long hair during parts of high school. I had it alternately spiked or long-ish until I shaved it. I actually think it looks better now, my hair was so fine it was a pain to deal with when it got long.

Just to my collar, also 'big hair' like a sort of quiff, then shorter and shorter because that's how I liked it.

Below my shoulders from Junior year of high school to Sophmore year of College. Then I cut it short 'cause it was a pain. It became increasingly shorter until I shaved (clipper) it at 25 after seeing a terrible photo take while riding a rollercoaster. It showed that my hair line was 3 inches back from where it started. Now I've been shaving it (clipper and razor) for three years. Most people don't even remember what I looked like with hair.

Mine was just past my shoulders in high school. I started college and realized it looked terrible and cut it off.
That was back in the 90s when it was cool to have long hair but to shave it underneath. I actually would wear a ponytail up high on the back of my head. I keep telling myself it wasn't so bad "at the time." -

I had that style that was popular back in the late 80's, where it would be what they called a loose curl in the back. I was a real stud back then lol. never would i even think of going back to those days....Oh and my hair did touch my shoulders
