Do you guys eat bologna straight from package or do you fry it up?
I eat it both ways. When I eat cold, i smoother it with miracle whip, cheese salt pepper and lettuce.
When I fry it, i generally get three slices, add cheese and miracle whip on toast.
What is your preference

It's kind of like a flat, round hot dog. It's made of "stuff" LOL

I don't think we want to know what kind of misc. parts are in bologna. I haven't had it since I was a kid, and even then, didn't like it.

Specifically? No, general idea, yes,,

Fried its great, Miracle whip for a bologna and cheese sanmmich

Unless you all are raising all of your own livestock, growing and manufacturing your own food,, it's no worse than that.

i like bologna every now and then, and i even like P&P too. i really like getting a 1/2-inch thick slice of german bologna, frying it up with onions, green peppers and some olive oil (without the razor blade in it

) and eating it with cheese and mustard.
great. its 0824 and im hungry now... haha.

P&P is awesome too. Everyonce in a while I will crave a bologna sandwich with mustard on it and a lil bit of sliced onion. But I always have lettuce on it for sure.

Don't like the greasy texture, but I do like mortadella, w/ the fat showing--it's a contradiction I know. I like it with fontina cheese, dry salami and Tabasco brand mayonaise---and incredible product--on a real French baguette. Fried--sorry, don't go there--too much like fried spam. I know that's popular, particularly in Hawaii, but just can't do it unless there's nothing else to eat.
