• Boned chicken stuffed w/ dried tomato and oyster stuffing.  What can I say, I live in New Orleans--we don't eat dull.

• Well, I just walked back in the door with an extra large pizza with bacon, pepperoni, sausage, ham, onions, green olives and extra cheese...

• since i have to indulge myself once in awhile. i had fried pork skins and mtn dew tonight. with ben and jerry's for dessert. probably won't do this again for awhile so i let myself eat total junk one night. once in awhile.

  Me too. I cant stand regular coke. Has to be diet.
  
  We had turkey and vegetable casserole with mashed potato and farmhouse veg (carrots, peas, brocolli and cauliflower). Yum.

• I met my older son for dinner and beers.
  
  We had Thai food for dinner..... his first taste of Thai and he loved it.
  
  Then we walked down the street to a VERY old Irish Pub and ended the evening with three pints of Guinness 250th Anniversary Celebration Stout. YUMMY!!!!!
