Hey Toby!

Hats are for wearing on verrrry coooold days and for avoiding sunburns when you are outside during the day for a long time and for playing some sports. But generally, if you shave that dome to the bone you'll be wantin to go hatless so that everyone can see how great is the look.

Like Bean said, hats are for avoiding the cold or the hot sun. Show pride in the smooth noggin' bro.
