It was a 1960s/1970s comedy here in the States.
The attached link is of Ginger (MaryAnn is the girl with the pigtails) and it is the episode when a very young Mikekoz13 first felt "a tingle in his dingle"............

Based solely on looks, it is hard to decide. But based on character, I have always liked a more down to earth gal myself. So it would have to be the character of MaryAnn.
