I consider myself at a healthy weight. Although some people tell me I should be 175-180. I weigh more now than I ever have in my life.
6'0 and 165.4 .... Just weighed. Would like to gain about 10 lbs

6'2" 262 lbs. Conventional wisdom says I should weigh around 190lbs though my doc says I am too large framed for that so my goal would be around 220lbs

WELL...... I've tried loosing weight before and it never stayz OFF , SO... im going to be stretched to about 9'6" should bring thingz into perspective
