my dad always used to say toys were wasted on us, because after a few days we'd thrown the toy aside and were playing with (or in!) the box it had come in!!

A X-Wing fighter and the Death Star were my favorite toys as a kid. I was shocked to see them and other Star Wars toys in a musuem the other day. I almost thought I was getting old, but just for a second.

I was more of a HE-MAN kid myself.
Though his sword wasn't as good and the transformation from Prince Adam to He-Man despite the dramatics was just getting a TAN!!!

man, that just sounds wrong. something tells me that Christmas at the Timmay household is an event to never forget. haha.
my favorite toy growing up was a tie between my Erector set and my books. I was a total nerd, and read all the freaking time. But my teachers would get upset with me because i never wanted to read Mr Poppers Penguins and silly crap like that. I was wanting to read stuff like The Catcher in the Rye and Fahrenheit 451.

Blame it on my younger brother. He said he was curious as to what was inside. I told him...but a fork to his ass? That made me mad because we had to throw it away. I tried duct taping it but it didnt work. LOL
