i have both. i went from the headblade (used it for almost 3 months) , to the fusion. i find the fusion works better and i get a closer shave too. i would suggest that if u are serious about shaving your head that u should experiment . find out what works best for u and go with it!

I tried a headblade for probably two months and found the fusion just worked better.
I had a hard time getting the head blade's razor rinsed adequately and the blades got duller faster. I got a lot of nicks and scrapes from the headblade brand razor and from the Gillette equivalent (Mach 3, I think?).
I am going to try a rolling razor. I like the design and it seems to make sense but I won't know for sure until I receive it. Another member here wrote about it in a post.

I own the HB, fusion, mach 3 and rolling razor. I've given each a valid chance, and am sticking with the mach 3.
But as far as your choices, I would go fusion over the HB.

Me too. I don't understand how ANYONE could prefer anything over a Headblade on the head.

Both in my bathroom cabinet along with the others so voted 'Both'.
I'd use the Fusion more I guess but Ithere's something about it when I use the HB. I think it might have been a post by Buckweet (if I'm wrong, I'm going off memory) I read when it was mentioned feeling a true sense of being bald after shaving with it. The Atra blades have alot to do with the closeness for me, those I won't give up.

Mach3
If the Fusion is all that, why does Gillette have to hire the big talent, Jeter, Woods and Federer to dis the Mach3.

having only shaven my head twice (once yesterday and once today), I'm still experimenting, but i tried the headblade and the mach 3 and i found that for me, the headblade is faster and easier to use, but the mach 3 gives me a better shave.
