Most Economical Way to Buy Headblade Replacements

This isn't really a product review but it's product related.
So I got a headblade and I've decided I like it more than the Mach 3. But I've been using it about two weeks and need replacement blades. The replacement blades at Walgreen's were abit too expensive. I have a triple blade on it and I like that.
So what is my best solution?
- I heard that other brands would fit on an HB.
- Retail store or online?
I'm willing to wait for shipping if there is a good deal and use my M3 in the meantime. If the double blades are way cheaper I'm willing to try those too.
(and what about the adapter? how do I know which adapter I need)

What I have found is that the Sensor 3 disposables are the most cost effective method while producing the best (for me) shave with the HeadBlade.
Even though they are disposables, they use the same removeable cartridge head, a pack of 8 is the best value at just over $9.
I get them at Wal Mart and they work great... added bonus is that you get a 'cover' for each blade, great for travel or storing the HeadBlade.
You'll be using the black adapter with these.

I went to Walgreens (the WM is at least 20 mins away) to look for some Sensor 3 replacements.
Sensor 3 was 16.50 for 8 blades
Headblade triple replacements (the only kind they had) were 8 bucks for 4.
2 bucks per replacement blade isn't cheap, but I'm running out so I bit the bullet. In the future I think I will be better off searching for deals on ebay and the net.

Did you look at DISPOSABLE sensor 3? I went to Target today, picked up 4 Sensor3 dispoaables for $4.99, took the blade off and it fit the Sensor HB adapter. (BLACK)

Is there any way to fit Fusion or Mach3 blade in HB?

No, but the CVS M3 will fit on the headblade with the yellow "standard" adapter. Pack of 4 for 4.99. Personally, it's the best bang for the buck so far.

Careful, the CVS M3 blades ripped a nickel size chuck out of my head when used with the HeadBlade.

Thanks for the help THier. I guess I didn't know there are different types of Sensor 3. I'll keep that in mind. That Walgreens was kind of small and their shaving section was in need of some restocking, so I'm not sure they would have had it. I'll try a different one or the CVS or Wal Mart in the future.

Hey no problem,,, After reading this thread I went out to look for them,,, wasn't sure if it would work,, but figured it was only $5 and I could use them for my face if they didn't fit. They fit fine.

I use the CVS 3 blades and they work great. As stated earlier, (4) blades for $5 and they often have buy one pack get one pack for half price.

I just picked up some of the CVS 3 blades today and I'm pretty hopeful. Once I got home and opened up the package I noticed that they look JUST like the HB trips. So we'll see. If they nick or irritate, they won't be worth the savings.

Tried the CVS 3 this morning with SS and HeadSlick. Maybe it was comments about small currency sized chunks out of the top of people's heads or maybe it was the actual blades, but it felt a little "aggressive". Like, I got a smooth shave, no cuts or razor burn, but it just felt like, if I was going too fast or was slightly reckless in any way I'd be dicing my head like a meat slicer. I'll stick with them and see how it works out. I also just picked up the Bald Guyz shave gel and moisturizing gel, so I will experiment with those as well.
