Never used a mud mask type item, but I have had the scalp waxed, but not with the hair removing stuff........It was the stuff women use on their hands.....goes on warm, firms up, and when it cools, just peel it off.
Left the scalp feeling smooth and fresh and soft.......

I definitely want to hear more about this too. When I saw this thread I was like...WOW...what a cool idea! Even if it only halfway works, I'll do it, if it means a slyer noggin.
Why do I get the feeling Timmay's avatar will be changing to something with a muddy Timmay face/noggin?

Hey guys I'm thinking the mud mask thing will no doubt be be a tad messy. Something u might wanna consider to try out is an aloe vera/asprin mask. Alot of us have aloe gel in anycase and asprin easy to get hold of.
If u get say three water soluble asprin tablets. Put them in a small dish, add a drop or two of water until they go into a paste then pour in your aloe vera gel (enough to mask the head or face if u prefer) and mix it. Apply on and just leave it there for about 15mins
and then wash off. The asprin works as a natural exfoliant along with the aloe so gives the skin a slight buff. Maybe a once a week/fortnight night treat.

Sounds interesting Shaf. Might have to try that.
As far as the clay mud mask thing goes -- I've looked at a couple of stores, but haven't seen any around. Remember some green stuff many years ago that my roommate had, but still haven't spied it yet.
Anyone else find and use a mud mask on their noggin yet?

I usually use a facial mud mask on my dome once a week, really seems to keep the pores clean and it feels great!

I might actually try this. I saw my girl put on a green face mask a couple nights ago. I'm sure I can convince her to mud up my head. I'll let you know how it goes.

I haven't tried this, but I have always searched for the mask that was used in the famous American Psycho scene.
