Anyone have any home brews for a matte finish? Seems everything leaves a glossy appearance, I'd prefer the other look.
Any readily available products work for this?

a little baby powder on a bandana works. carry it around in your pocket or something.

So you put some baby powder in a bandana as a holder or what?

i think you just sprinkle some on a bandana. maybe you could get a rubber band and make a pouch with it. whichever works. i never tried it just heard about it. let us know what you come up with.

Yeah, unfortunately none of those are available locally... I broke down and ordered some HeadLube Matte to get me by until I can find something.
I did run across (and buy) a product this morning, but the jury is still out on that one... It's made by Clean and Clear and called Morning Burst Shine Control Moisturizer.

Hey bro, I'd appreciate if you could let me know how that stuff works for you. I'm always looking for anything that helps control the shine.

I put some on this morning when I got it, let me take a pic and let you be the judge...
Hold on, be right back

Ok...
This is 6 hours after application, in my office with 6 overhead halogen lights switched on.

That's actually not too bad. The office lights can be brutal. Thanks for the info/pic, Lucky!

No problem!
I'll try and get a similar shot with the HeadLube Matte when I get it for comparison sake, as well as one without any product.
