I was in NYC yesterday for the All Star Game and had lunch at The Stanton Social. My group was pleasantly greeted by head chef, the very Sly chef Chris Santos. It seems all the up and coming chefs are SLY these days.
One thing for sure, you know there won't be any unexpected stray hairs in the food.
If you ever visit NYC drop by Santo's restaurant. Outstanding food.

When i was temping a few years ago I had to work in a Kitchen and they insisted I wear a hat and cap etc even though I was as Bald as a SBG, when I asked "why" the Chef said "so you dont get any hairs in the food, fool"! I am still trying to work out who was the biggest fool, me for asking or him for answering lol
