Hey guys! Yesterday on my day off I was at a park less than 10 minutes from my home. When I was heading back to my car, I was thinking of how blessed I am to live near such beauty. I live only minutes from scenic Puget Sound. So I thought I would share the view with you all. I know some of you other sly guys live in some really beautiful areas. I also know that many of us would be surprised at some of the neat scenery in areas or towns where we wouldn't think we would want to visit. So come on and share some view with us. Here's Puget Sound from West Seattle near the Vashon Island ferry dock.
I'll try to get some pics of a New Mexico sunset, they're beautiful.
Skiking,
Were those pictures taken at Glacier National Park? They're beautiful!
no, Jewel Basin, while not officially a wilderness area, it is treated like one by the forest service
It is just east of Kalispell, where the mission and swan ranges meet
Those pictures of the sound are great, I alway have loved the views from West Seattle
Ok here we go...
Out my back door in Saint Helena, CA

Out the front door.

Mt. Saint Helena last winter.

Lake Hennessey just to the east of my home.
Before I click on this topic I thought...what area are THEY talking about...I don't think I want to see any pictures of THAT!
Then it dawned on me that there was no way any self-respecting man would describe it as beautiful to another man. And then share pictures.

I'll find some pics...
Very, very twisted . . . but funny
Here is a picture of a creek near a golf course I was at a month or so ago.

Here is a view of the Puget Sound north of Seattle, ferry is leaving.

and one of the Seattle skyline a couple moths ago.
Here's a slideshow I put together of photos I took at Austin's Bull Creek.
