How do most folks here wash their head?

I shave every day, so in the mornings I never really worry about washing my head since I think all the exfoliation and cream and water is plenty cleansing. But their are days where I might take two showers if I've gotten a little sweaty or something, like after the gym for instance. Should I just soap up my dome with the rest of my body? Should I use my face cleanser on my head? Or is just running water over it adequate? I'm just wondering how the majority around here wash their dome. 'Preciate.

Dove soap and water, sometimes exfoliate, and sometimes my wife's shampoo.

Just Irish Spring bar soap and St. Ives Apricot scrub to exfoliate. Works great.

In the morning, I wash my dome & face before sticking in the contacts w/ Cuticura, a antiacne soap, then put on some Curel and head to the gym--it's a 24 hour moisturizer. Then I shower and loofa sponge my scalp and body w/ deoderant soap. After is the shave. In the evening before I take the contacts out I wash my scalp & face again w/ Cuticura soap. Sometimes, when I've been out in the heat & humidity too long, I'll wash my face and scalp and rinse w/ cold water to cool down. I've been using the Banana Boat sunscreen and that has helped cut down on the "oily" scalp particularly on the hot and steamy days.

I imagine most of us use a soap and some water. Some choose a washcloth, while others use their hands.

That's when those little hotel shampoos come in handy and they last about a month!

You're gonna love this: High Endurance Hair and Body Wash
Just wash my head while I'm washing everything else. I don't have a lot of the skin issues some people have. lucky I guess.
