Unless it's raining (not an issue during summer in Central Texas), I'm on my bike (45mpg baby!), so I'm usually in motorcycle boots of some sort.
Today I'm wearing my Red Wings:

At home, barefoot.

I almost always wear boots of some sort. Most of the time I wear my Double H packer boots, when I dont feel like lacing them up I wear my Double H riding boots, I forgot the name of them, but they have a shorter heel than my packers. When I do chores like milking and such I wear my rubber chore boots. I have worn mt chore boots to the movies with shorts on, the wife hates it. Before I ran bloomsday this year, I hadnt owned a pair of shoes since about 7th grade. Even though I own a pair of shoes, I wore them one day. In the summer I go barefoot most of the time, every once in a while I wear flip flops to town but not normally because my feet are whiter than white while my arms and face are brown.

At work I have some black and brown dress shoes. Away from work it's almost always my Justin Pitstop Lace-ups. I have a pair of Nike tennis shoes I've owned for almost 7 years. They are no where near worn out. Wife bought me some flip flops at the dollar store this year, so I have worn those a couple times to the pool.
I swear by my Justins, I've had them resoled twice and the wife is trying to convince me to get them replaced. Told her no way, they're just getting broken in.

For work it just depends on what I am doing and the weather conditions. If I'm just driving I will wear flip flops or deck shoes. When chaining/unchaining loads I'll wear a pair of boots. I carry 6 or 7 pairs of shoes and boots in the truck at all times as I hate to wear muddy or wet shoes and work in all sorts of weather.
At home I wear my flip flops almost exclusively year-round.

Depends on where I'm working... when I'm working at the house (which is most of the time) I'm either barefoot or in flip flops... customer meeting and training, dress shoes... gym... Nike runners.
Throw all bets out the window in the winter time... mostly wear snow boots!!

gym... Nike runners.
What kind of Nike runners do you use? I just bought a pair of these on Saturday and they are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn:
