Hey all,
I've been lurking around the site for a while and finally decided to join.
I'm from Canada, and I am 19 years old.
Going bald, and since finding this site and another site dedicated to balding, and bald men I have been feeling so much better about it. I was really scared to go bald at a young age, but after reading a thread on this website, which was the benefits with going bald young or old, I realized it is a better situation to go bald young.
Thanks all, I am not sly yet, but in the very near future, I see myself sly, and i'm just fine with it, and it's thanks to you and many other balding men that I feel this way.
You've all made it an easier change, and I hope you guys are glad to hear. -

Welcome to the SBG family, we're glad you coud join us. You'll find that once you do shave it off, it will be a big weight being lifted from your shoulders, and like so many others here on this forum, your confidence level will increase alot, and you'll feel like a new person.
By the way where abouts in Canada are you from? I am from Oshawa Ont, just east of Toronto. -

north: welcome 2 the sly fraternity. glad that ya found us. jump in & join the fun by being an active member of the best site on the internet. when U do decide 2 "do the deed", "take the plunge", or just plain...shave that noggin'... please use a quality razor like the fusion, mach3, or headblade. U might also want 2 do some research on the HEADSHAVING section of the forum. anyways...take care & we'll C ya 'round the sly neighborhood.

I am actually from Thompson, Manitoba but a few years ago me and my family moved to Newfoundland, and that is where I am now.
Marz; I am also really happy about that, and if it weren't for this website along with others I don't think I would have either, for many years. I was really embarrassed in the beginning, but now i'm not at all, and i'm not even sly yet.
warhawk; that's what I was worried about mostly, when I decided to shave my head. I didn't know how and I was worried it would take a long time to get in a proper routine, but reading the forums here have given me the do's and don'ts of head shaving, so it's been a great help.
