BA, when we say your "Original" it is not referring to your achievements, its more like "Thats..um...original".

True..I think..
but around here, I've got most of the sly brothers beat on my "slytime" by about 11-12 years...
THAT was my self centered joke!

Man, I have to go with Woody Strode. Some of us older dudes will remember him from the '50s movie Pork Chop Hill. He did a number of westerns like The Professionals and Once Upon a Time in the West and was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role in Spartacus in which he had a fight to the death with Kirk Douglas. Mean lookin' dude. Before acting he played college and pro football (LA Rams) and was also a decathlete. His first movie was Sundown in 1941. Last appeared in the Quick and the Dead which was released after he died in 1994.

Yul paved the way.
Yul Brynner was the most important, his look was a reall innovation at the time,
even if didn't get many followers...
I think that watching a movie with Yul when i was a child could be one of the reasons
that put in me the wish to go bald...

How about Otto Preminger Buddha..?
For me Otto was the man behind the movie. I don't think I ever saw him on film 'til I was older. Although everyone knew his name I could've walked past him on the street as a youngster and had no idea who he was.
But definitely sly ahead of the curve. Good catch!

Yul Brynner was not only handsome, but he had one of the most perfect heads for being bald.
I saw a photo of him with hair and it was ugly.
He was my first influence into the sly realm. And i will forever be indebted.
