• Don't know if anyone has done this yet or not but I just wanted to say HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all our mothers out there.  Whether you are members, a sly bros wife or girlfriend, etc...Have a great day.

• Oh yeah...Also, what are your plans for today or what have you done already if you celebrated it early.  I actually took my mom out yesterday to a restaurant of her choice.  I do it that way to avoid the huge crowds that will for sure be out today.  You have to think...Mother's Day, plus church crowd.  YIKES!!!  Then my wife and I took her mom out last night for dinner.  Got up this morning and gave my wife her card and gift from me and my son.  We're supposed to go by my mom's later day and spend some more time with her.  That's about it for me.

• We bought my mother some flowers toplant out in her yard as she likes lots of outdoor flowers.  Went to church with her and thats about it.  Today the weather is sucky and it seems as though time doesnt allow for anything else.  Today my wife is getting stuff together for her trip to Portland OR.  So this mothers day has been kinda sucky.  Besides...some people say..you mean you arent spending time with your mom today?  Well she lives like 1 block away....I see her all the time.

• We had both our Moms and Dads, my brothers family, and my wife's sister's family to our house. The weather sucks today but I grilled burgers and dos anyway and we had an indoor feast.
  
  My wife got her gifts, etc. from the kids this AM.

• Being as my Mom is 3 hours away and we spent today with our kids playing little league baseball, I only got to talk with my mom on the phone.  Happy mothers day to all the moms.

• Well my son told me happy mothers day since I have been both parents most his life.

• We went to church, to lunch, and now my wife is off getting a massage.
