Sailor Of The Day

Recognition
CAPT,
From Combat Systems, I would like to submit the following Sailors as worthy of special recognition for their exceptional professionalism and determination in pulling off this substantial job (including spending the better part of a day working aloft at the highest point of the ship) – taking it in stride, making it seem ordinary (although, with a typical five-year life span, it’s not every day that you get to change out a TACAN antenna):
ET1 Hastings
ET3 Pratt
ET3 Smithmyer
V/r,
CSO*************************
Division Officer, “She came here as a TACAN tech but she was doing so well we sent her to WSN school and she graduated top of her class. She does very well. I’m sure she will be a first class before she leaves this command. She also mentors the other females in the division even though she is younger than them.”
*************************
Have you hugged your kid today! I wish I could!
