so... how 'bout U? what's your next project? if U R in the middle of your project...then what is it? what's your story?

Fix the shelves in the master bath, fix the leaky faucet in the spare bath, relocate the ceiling fan in the kids room, finish painting the outside, replace and paint some trim outside, finish painting master bedroom and bathroom, build shelving unit between laundry room and spare bath, replace fascia on the eve in front of the house and plant grass. If I missed something I'll let ya know.....

Once the cats go to the big litter box in the sky

, recarpet the whole house.

In no particular order,
1. ceiling fan replacement in family room & master bedroom
2. refinish front door & bench in the backyard
3. Take a machete to the hill in the backyard
4. Repaint base boards in the house.
5. Drink heavily.

Anyways...a few of the many things I need to get done....
Replace trap in downstairs bathroom, replace switch and plug covers in dinning room and kitchen, take out old dryer from basement, get rid of old stuff accumulated during the winter from the basement, replace windows ( next year) paint trim, fix curb in front of house, plant tree in front lawn, fix outside water spigot( it leaks) set up swimming pool for summer, fix nail holes in Logans room, replace carpet on steps going to basement, replace front porch turf, take the 1,000 items out of garage and put back in 1001 items ( aint that about the truth) order 2 tons of gravel for back drive, new floorcovering in upstairs bathroom, find a friend who has a whole lot of free time..

A person has GOT to know his limitations.

My wife wanted a tile kitchen floor, so I put one in. I did lots of research, talked with buddies who had done floors or were doing floors, and I mapped out my project (scope, schedule, budget). I also had some flex to work with; a borrowed tile saw with no time limit, and work arounds until the floor was done (eat out!). What I thought would take 4 to 5 days, took 3 WEEKS!

When I was done, my wife wanted to tile the bathroom. I found a friend who was a professional tile man, and paid the money for HIM to do the job! Like I said, a person has got to know his limitations.

My next job; have someone else replace some windows!

When my check gets here I have to finish my Kitchen,
I had a friend of mine tell me she is never surprised if a wall has been tore down or some kinda construction is going on when she visits... and she has been visiting me on and off for 10 years!!
Guess I like to keep changin crap, or maybe I just like doing construction work.... Since I have no wife it could be the fact that if I want to take a wall out, no one can complain!!
