ok smart guys. why is water wet?
Due to the way that hydrogen molecules bond with oxygen molecule and the composition of their cellular makeup, water (H2O) is wet. It's not until a chemical reaction occurs with the molecules, such as heating them or freezing them, that the molecular composition changes.
