Not to be picky.....but I don't think there is such a thing as a $1,000 bill. I'll just take a check or even a gift card would work.

I would have to agree with the tattoo theme going here as that seems to be the only way I have ever been able to afford ink, surprise/free money.
I would probably take some to the local pawn shop and buy something that "tickled my fancy" like an AK47 or maybe a nice vintage instrument. Seems everytime I am in one of those places I see something that makes me say "Damn, I wish i had (insert dollar amount here)". -

and in most cases there is a tattoo shop within 100 yards.
