A new product line from Old Spice, called
High Endurance has just come out. They are being discounted at intro prices in the local stores this week. I'm a sucker for new headshaving gear and bought all three products. I got a quality headshave from the razor and gel. And the balm was very soothing to my scalp. Have any of you seen these products or bought them?

This is what the promo says about these products.
The High Endurance 4-Blade RazorWhether you’re a tough guy or a guy with a tough beard, you’ll appreciate this “4 x 4” that really does the job. Old Spice® High Endurance® 4-Blade Razor delivers an extra smooth shave that’s so close you might not experience the “5 o’clock shadow” that keeps you from looking – and feeling – your confident best.
With 4 blades and 4 Lube Zones, Old Spice delivers performance so precise and smooth, you might actually want to skip that day you just don’t feel like shaving. So get ready to shift your shave into a higher gear.High Endurance Sensitive Skin Shave GelSometimes, being a “sensitive guy” gets the girl. But, being a guy with sensitive skin is a whole different story. That’s why Old Spice® High Endurance® Sensitive Skin Shave Gel is specially formulated with soothing Colloidal Oatmeal. It provides great razor glide for a super close shave that leaves your face feeling smooth. Plus it has the Pure Sport scent guys love! Your smooth skin and sensitive side are sure to be a hit with the ladies. High Endurance Soothing After Shave BalmAfter a great workout, you want to “feel the burn”. But shaving is another story. To keep your skin calm and burn-free, reach for High Endurance® Soothing After Shave Balm. This lightweight gel soothes and helps reduce the stinging of razor-irritated skin. It absorbs quickly, leaving your face smooth and soft.

The razors have been out for awhile. I tried one quite awhile back and wan't impressed. Could be just me, but I rarely find a disposable that I like.
I'd like to try the other 2 products. I'll have to look for them.

Eric, good review.
I have been using Old Spice High Endurance anti-perspirant for many years. I usually pick up about 5-10 sticks every time I'm stateside. It is the only deodrant that I use.
I have never tried their shaving products.

Just tell her that you're 'old school.' I personally like those old fashioned smells like Pinaud Clubman aftershave... reminds me of my grandpa's barber shop.

Speaking of barber shops. Anybody had a real head shave at a barbershop? I know you can get a hot lather face shave, but a head shave?

Can you still get a shave at a barber shop? I didnt think they could do that anymore because of the risk factors on health. I remember when they use to use those long blades on the back of your neck....but not any longer....

Are you insinuating that the Old Spice brand is an old man's brand.

I use Old Spice deodorant and cologne. I have to admit the scent does remind me of my grandfather, but I like remembering him.
