I love my gig now, but if I had to switch it up, I would edit movie trailors. That would be a sweet gig.

Painting.
I wanted to be an art teacher, but the pay sucks. I sure wouldnt mind just sitting in a studio, painting whatever I feel like, and then having people just buy them. Nobody telling me what to do. Ahhh..that would be the life.
I would be happy to get paid doing anything I love, or any of my hobbies.

Spending all day...on the water and getting paid for it, that would be livin'.
I've actually had a job like that...one of the coolest jobs I've every had. It's where I met my wife.
We worked on the boats that take folks to and from Catalina Island, off Southern California.
Hour/Hour-and-a-half each way....all day long. 4, 10-hour days....3 days off.
I was a deckhand, she was a cabin attendant (stewardess).
Sometimes we had layovers on the Island......that means getting paid to drop anchor for an hour or two and swim....dive off the boat....catch some rays....sometimes we would drive golf balls off the deck. AAAAHHH, the memories.
Had that job from '89 to '93.

I knew that was a deeper reason for wanting a job like that!

Okay let me just get the fantasy out of the way first. What kind of guy would I be if I didn't answer with something like...I would like to make money as one of those people that "oil up" the Playboy models before a shoot. Or Maxim, Stuff, etc...Any of those mags that have the hot women in them.
Okay, back to reality...I would like to make money doing something to help others out. It wouldn't matter what it was. Wether it was working with kids, like finding a homeless child a good home, being a "big brother", etc... Or maybe counsler. I guess that's why I finally got around to trying out for the fire department. I've always enjoyed helping people out in different situations. I figured this would be a way to feel like I am helping people in one way or other and getting paid for it. I guess there is no better job to get paid for than one you enjoy.

Music. I've played drums since I was 14, never needed a real job until after college. But some of you know that drumming and marriage don't mix very well. Wife got tired of it, but I kept playing. Then, I got saved. Now I play in Church, but still miss the other venues.
I would be happy with any profession in the music industry. I has been the one constant in my life.

I'm glad to hear that you are still getting a little taste of your dream playing the drums at church. Good for you man.
