Mach III or Fusion?
« on: December 15, 2007, 03:46:54 PM »
Hey all, hope all is well. Wanted to pose a quick question. I noticed there is a lot of Mach III users out there and it seems to be one of the most popular razors among sly guyz.Out of curiosity how many of you who used the Mach III tried the fusion and went back to using the Mach III?

I currently use the fusion and have been thinking about trying the Mach III if I can get just as close of a shave.

Thanks for any input O0

I've used both and I think the Fusion gives a little closer shave.  Not quite sure it's worth the price, though.  I think it's probably worth your while to give the Mach III a try.

I bought the Mach III when it came out and it never worked as well for me as the Schick EXtreme.  Never tried the Fusion

Fusion all the way !  Well worth the added expense.

And as I've sarcastically asserted in other threads...I can't imagine someone's budget is so meticulously precipitous that using the FUSION would be the deciding factor in sending their financial well-being into a ruinous hellish tailspin.

Thanks for the input guyz! I might give it a whirl, the fusion will not put me n the poorhuse but if I can get a cheaper shave just as close as the fusion that's a good thing.  I may also try the quattro.

I didn't like the way the Fusion felt on my face but for my head I've been using Fusion power since it came out and it gives a great shave and I think I may have nicked my head with it once in all that time.  To me its definitely worth the extra money for the lack of nicks alone.

Power Fusion is my weapon, I really like the smooth results and the "triming" blade is great for cleaning up around the ears.  Knock wood, but no serious nicks, ever, or razor burn w/ Fusion Power.
