Great pic. Being a born and bred Georgia boy, I don't have much use for snow. I was raised in South Georgia, not even the mountains where they usually get 2 - 3 inches a year. In South Georgia we call the cotton fields "Southern Snow".
I did promise the kids though that if it snowed close be we would drive up to the mountains and let them play in it.

Yeah........I don't want weeks or months of it. A few days of it would be nice
for the kids to play in and then "POOF" it's gone. HA HA!!!

You can have mine. Wejust got about 15 inches in the past 24 hours and it is still going strong. Got to take the day off with the kids as a "snow day". Shoveling sucks though....might have to invest in a snowblower. Gotta get out there and get shoveling, the plow just went by. Take care.

Hawk, That's a great lookin truck. Personally I don't miss the snow. We get about 20 inches a year around here. Usually it doesn't stick around to long. Just a day or two and it's gone. Of course, if I had a truck like that, I might want to drive in it more.

To all of my Northern Sly Friends - Enjoy the snow! It's still early in the season and sure there is more to come! We got 13" in March 1993 here south of Atlanta. Doesn't sound like a lot to some folks, but here it was awful. Things ground to an absolute halt for almost 3 days. Fortunately, my wife and I only had been married about 7 months so we kept ourselves occupied pretty well.

3 to 5 inches predicted for Northern Illinois today...not enough to suit me. I've always loved winter and the snow it brings. Global warming really kicks in, I'll be packing my life and moving to Canada!!!
