I attended Church less that 2 blocks from the police shootings in Baton Rouge today. We saw the police cars when we arrived, but did not know what had happened. The violence needs to stop.

Wow, I just got off the phone with my cousin whose husband is BRPD. He's safe, but we still need to be vigilant. Glad that you and your family are OK, slybeard.

On top of today's tragic event, a few years ago I stayed in a hotel in Nice, France, just down the street from the event there, and earlier this spring I was in Dallas in the area of the shootings there. I think I may need to stay home.
