The Cajun dialect is one of the coolest there is bro. Very hard to replicate too.
Last time I was in Louisiana in early '04 I spent a day on the bayous and swamps with local guide Ernie outside of NewOrleans on Ponchitrain and rememered all the stories my old man used to tell me.

thanks J. this place does have some really cool things about it that are very original. and there are parts that are very beautiful. but i do still prefer the rocky mountains or the desert southwest.
